- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
- Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday & Thursday, June 9 & 10.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-405, take the Kent/Hwy 167 exit(#2) southbound.
- Drive south on Hwy 167 approximately 3.6 miles to the South 212th exit.
- Turn left and drive east on 212th up the hill approximately 1.3 miles to Benson Road/108th SE.
- Turn left and drive north on Benson Road approximately 1/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right, at the north end of the Panther Lake Shopping Center.
