  • 5% BUYERS PREMIUM
  • PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Friday, May 21.
  • A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
  • Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
  • Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
  • Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
  • REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. Small equipment purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday
  • May 21 & Monday through Friday, May 24 through 28. Large mill equipment removal schedule announced on auction day.
  • Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
  • Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
  • From north or southbound I-5, take the Hwy 20 exit (#230) eastbound.
  • Follow Hwy 20 eastbound through Burlington & Sedro Woolley approximately 26.5 miles to Grassmere Road (just past milepost 87).
  • Turn left onto Grassmere Road. The auction site is ahead, on the right.
