- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Friday, August 18.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, august 18, and Monday through Wednesday, August 21, 22, 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound bound Hwy 167(Valley Freeway), take the S 212th Exit.
- Drive west on 212th to 84th Avenue South.
- Turn right and drive north on 84th Avenue South approximately 7/10 mile to S 200th.
- Turn left and drive west on 200th to 81st Avenue South.
- Turn right and drive north on 81st to S 198th Street.
- Turn left and drive west on 198th to the auction site, located on the left, at the west end of the building.
