A long-time supplier to the heavy duty engine marketplace, is taking steps to increase its focus on high-growth product lines, primarily in the medium-speed marketplace. A major step in accomplishing this goal is to reduce the number of engine and product lines the company supports. These include:

Additionally, overstocked items of the following product lines will also be sold:

- EMD (primarily 645) - rare and hard-to-find items, both new, reman, and core
- FAIRBANKS-MORSE (8-1/8) - many core and reman items
- ALCO (244-251) - many core, reman, and new items
- Items available include - cylinder liners (cores and reman), cylinder heads, connecting rods, and accessories. Other than the factory, this will be the largest collection of parts for these product lines to be found anywhere.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT
: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Thursday, August 22, for Seattle, and 4pm, Wednesday, August 28, for Houston.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business each auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. Equipment removal schedule announced on each auction day.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- Seattle: From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 50th St exit(#169) westbound.
- Drive west on NE 50th to East Green Lake Way.
- Turn left and follow Green Lake Way under Hwy 99 to N 46th St.
- Continue west on 46th which turns into NW Market St.
- Continue west on Market to 15th Ave NW.
- Turn left and drive south on 15th approximately 4/10 mile to Leary Avenue.
- Turn right on Leary and drive west to the auction site.
- Houston: From east or westbound I-10, take the US 90 Alt/Wayside Drive exit(#773A).
- Drive south on Wayside approximately 2.5 miles to Navigation Blvd.
- Turn right and drive west on Navigation Blvd approximately 5/10 mile to Mcfarland St.
- Turn right and drive north on Mcfarland approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site.
