- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, Monday, & Tuesday, February 25, 28, & 29.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound Valley Freeway(Hwy 167), take the Willis Street/Hwy 516 exit.
- Drive east on Willis approximately 6/10 mile to Central Avenue.
- Turn right and drive south on Central approximately 1 mile to S 266th Street.
- Turn right onto 266th then immediately left into the business park.
- The auction site is located at the south end of building B, #75.
