- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Monday & Tuesday, April 30 & May 1.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-405 take the Hwy 520 exit eastbound.
- Drive east on Hwy 520 to the 124th NE/Northup Way exit.
- Turn left and drive east on Northup which becomes NE 20th.
- Continue east on NE 20th to 132nd Avenue NE.

- Turn left and drive east on 16th to the auction site, located on the left.
