: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Friday, August 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north bound I-5, take the NE Ravenna Blvd. exit.
- Drive north on 8th Ave NE to NE 65th St and turn right.
- Drive east on NE 65th St approximately 1.3 miles to 35th Ave NE and turn left.
- Drive north on 35th Ave NE to the auction site located on the left hand side.
- From south bound I-5, take the NE 145th St exit.
- Drive east on NE 145th St to Lake City Way NE (Hwy 522).
- Turn right on Lake City Way and drive approximately .3 miles to the first light & turn left on Erickson Pl NE.
- Continue on Erickson Pl NE which turns into 35th Ave NE.
- Continue on 35th Ave NE approximately 3.2 miles to the auction site located on the right hand side.
