- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday & Friday, January 17 & 18.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- KIRKLAND: From north or southbound I-405, take the NE 124th St exit(#20, 20B). Drive east on NE 124th approximately 3/10 mile to 124th Avenue NE. Turn right and drive south on 124th Avenue NE approximately 1 block to the auction site, located on the right, in the Totem Square Mall.
- RENTON: From north or southbound I-405, take the WA Hwy 900 East/Sunset Blvd. exit (#5). Drive east on NE Park Dr which becomes NE Sunset Blvd approximately 8/10 of a mile to the auction site located on the left hand side next to Rite Aid.
