PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am to 4:30pm, Friday & Monday, October 4 & 7.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

From north bound I-5, take the James St exit to Madison Street.
Turn right and drive east on Madison Street to 15th Ave East and turn left.
Drive north on 15th Ave East to the auction site located on the left hand side.
From south bound I-5, take the Stewart Street exit.
From Stewart Street, turn left onto Boren Ave then left again onto Olive Way.
Continue east on Olive Way which turns into East Olive Way across Broadway.
Continue on Olive Way which turns into East John Street.
Continue on East John Street to 15th Ave East and turn right to the auction site located on the right hand side.
The auction site is located on the corner of East John Street & 15th Ave East, next to Kidd Valley.
