REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday through Friday, April 7, 8 & 9.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

From north or southbound I-405, take the WA-Hwy 169 (exit #4) to Maple Valley/Enumclaw.
Drive south on WA-Hwy 169 approximately 12 miles into Maple Valley.
From WA-Hwy 169, turn right on SE 231st Street and drive west.
Continue on SE 231st Street which turns into SE 232nd Street approximately 2 miles and bear right onto 192nd Ave SE.
From192nd Ave SE, turn left onto SE 224th Street and drive approximately.4 mile to the auction site on the left.
From north or southbound WA Hwy-167, take the WA Hwy-18 north.
Drive approximately 12 miles on WA Hwy-18 to the SE 232nd exit.
Turn left on SE 232nd and drive west approximately 2 miles and bear right onto 192nd Ave SE.
From 192nd Ave SE, turn left onto SE 224th Street and drive approximately .4 mile to the auction site on the left.
