- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4:00 pm, Tuesday, June 19. A 25% deposit is required by close of business, auction day. Cash, cashier's check, Visa & Mastercard ONLY. Personal or company checks accepted only with bankletter of guarantee. Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, June 20, 21 & 22.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts, or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety and insurance reasons, children under 12 will not be
permitted
