- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday & Thursday, February 28 & March 1.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

- From northbound I-5, take the Seneca Street exit. Drive west on Seneca to 1st Avenue. Turn right and drive north on 1st Avenue to Lenora. Turn left on Lenora and drive 1 block west to Western Avenue. The auction site is ahead, on the left, in the Market Place II Building.
- From southbound I-5, take the Stewart Street exit. Drive west on Stewart to 1st Avenue. Turn right on Stewart and drive north 2 blocks to Lenora. Turn left and drive west on Lenora 1 block west to Western Avenue. The auction site is ahead, on the left, in the Market Place II building.
- Parking is available in the building, entry from Lenora Street.
