  • Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
  • REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, October 22 and Monday thru Friday, October 25-29.
  • Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
  • Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
  • MONROE : From north or southbound I-405, take the Hwy 522 exit eastbound.
  • Drive east on Hwy 522 approximately 13.5 miles to Hwy 2 in Monroe.
  • Turn right and drive west on Hwy 2 approximately 5/10 mile to 179th SE.
  • Turn left on 179th and drive south 1 block to 147th St SE.
  • Turn right and drive west on 147th to 172nd Dr SE.
  • Turn left on 172nd and drive south 1/2 block to the auction site. located on the left.
  • REDMOND: From I-405, take the Hwy 520 exit eastbound.
  • Drive east on Hwy 520 to the Redmond Way exit.
  • Drive west on Redmond Way approximately 2 blocks to the auction site, located on the left.
