- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Monday & Tuesday, September 13 & 14.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Tennant Way/Hwy 432 exit(#36).
- Drive west on Tennant Way/Hwy 432 approximately 3.4 miles to Commerce Avenue.
- Turn left and drive south on Commerce approximately 1/10 mile to California Way.
- Turn left onto California Way and drive approximately 1/10 mile to the auction site.
