- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Monday & Tuesday, October 1 & 2.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-405, take the NE 85th St (Kirkland/Redmond) exit (#18).
- Drive west on NE 85th which turns into Central.
- At the first traffic light turn right on 114th Ave NE and drive north to NE 87th ST.
- Turn left on NE 87th ST which turns into 7th Ave, to the auction site located on the left hand side.
