  • PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
  • Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
  • Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
  • REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday & Thursday, December 22 & 23.
  • Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
  • Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
  • From northbound 101/I-80 take the 4th Street exit(last exit before Bay Bridge).
  • Exit straight to Bryant Street and drive on Bryant to 2nd Street.
  • Turn right on 2nd Street and drive to Brannan Street.
  • Turn left on Brannan and drive 1/2 block to the auction site, located on the left.
  • From Oakland/Bay Bridge take the Embarcadero exit(first exit on left).
  • At the stop light turn left onto Harrison and drive to 2nd Street.
  • Turn left on 2nd and drive to Brannan.
  • Turn left on Brannan and drive 1/2 block to the auction site, located on the left.
  • From 280 north take the 6th Street exit.
  • Drive on 6th to Brannan Street.
  • Turn right on Brannan and drive to the auction site, located on the left, just 1/2 block past 2nd street, on the left.
