- PAYMENT
: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Monday & Tuesday, June 21 & 22.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north bound I-405, take the Bellevue Way SE (exit #11) to Bellevue Way SE ramp.
- Continue north on Bellevue Way SE approximately 2 miles to the auction site located on the left.
- From south bound I-405 take the NE 8th Street exit (#13B).
- Drive west on NE 8th to Bellevue Way NE and turn left.
- Drive south on Bellevue Way NE approximately 6/10 mile to the auction site just south of Main Street on the right.
