- PAYMENT
: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Thursday, August 29.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed from 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, August 29 & 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-405, take the Hwy 522/Woodinville exit eastbound.
- Drive east on Hwy 522 approximately 9/10 mile to Woodinville/Hwy 202 exit.
- Turn right and drive south 2 blocks to NE 175th/Hwy 202.
- Turn right and drive west approximately 3/10 mile to Woodinville-Redmond Road.
- Turn left and drive south on Woodinville-Redmond Road approximately 1.1 miles to the auction site, located on the left.
