- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business,
auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or Company checks
accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must
be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Thursday &
Friday, August 19 & 20.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on
a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound I-5, take the NE 130th St exit. Turn right onto 130th which turns into Roosevelt Way.
- Continue east on Roosevelt to NE 125th.
- Turn left on 125th and drive east past Lake City Way 1/2 block to the auction site, located on the left.

- From southbound I-5, take the NE 145th St. exit.
- Drive east on 145th to Lake City Way.
- Turn right and drive south on Lake City Way to NE 125th.
- Turn left onto NE 125th and drive 1/2 block to the auction site, located on the left.
