- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, September 10 and Monday, September 13.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- Drive west on Hwy 20 approximately 11.7 miles to the Oak Harbor/Whidbey Island/Hwy 20 exit.
- Turn left and drive south on Hwy 20 approximately 7/10 mile to Gibralter Road.
- Turn left and drive south on Gibralter Road approximately 7/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
