- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday, Friday & Monday, August 19, 20 & 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From southbound I-205, take exit #22 to I-84 east ( US-30, Banfield Expressway). Continue east on I-84 approximately 6 miles to exit #16 & turn right onto NE 238th Dr. Continue on NE 238 which turn into NE 242nd (NE Hogan Rd) approximately 3 miles to Burnside Rd and turn left. Continue on NE Burnside which turns into SE Burnside approximately 7/10 mile to US-26 (Mt Hood Hwy). Continue approximately 9.2 miles to the auction site.
- From northbound I-205, take exit #12 the (OR-212, OR-224, Clackamas Hwy). Turn right onto OR-212 (Clackamas Hwy) and drive approximately 10 miles to Mt Hood Hwy Frontage Rd (US-26 E). Turn right onto US-26 and then left onto on ramp to US-26 E (Mt Hood Hwy) and drive approximately 3.6 miles to the auction site.
