: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed from 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, September 19 & 20.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound I-205, take the Gladstone/Oregon City exit(#9).
- Turn right on McLoughlin Blvd and drive north approximately 1.1 miles to W Gloucester St.
- Turn right on Gloucester and drive east 4 blocks to Portland Avenue.
- Turn left on Portland Avenue and drive north approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site.
- From southbound I-205, take the 82nd Drive exit(#11).
- Turn right on 82nd and drive west 2/10 mile to Oatfield Rd.
- Turn right on Oatfield and drive north 2 blocks to Exeter St.
- Turn left on Exeter and drive west 6/10 mile to Portland Avenue.
- Turn right and drive north on Portland Avenue approximately 5/10 mile to the auction site.
