TERMS & CONDITIONS

- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Friday, February 19.
- A 25% deposit is required by close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only.
- Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases
must be removed 1 hour after the sale auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm,
Friday, Monday & Tuesday, February 19, 22, & 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories,
parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From I-405, take the Hwy 522/Woodinville exit eastbound.
- Drive east on Hwy
522 approximately 13 miles to Hwy 2 in Monroe.
- Turn right and drive west on Hwy 2 approximately 4/10 mile to 179th Ave SE.
- Turn left on 179th and drive 1/10 mile to 147th St SE.
- Turn right on 147th and drive 2/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.

- From the Everett area, drive east on Hwy 2 approximately 13.5 miles to
179th Ave SE, right on 179th to 147th, then right onto 147th to the auction
site.
