- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed from 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, February 1.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

- From eastbound Hwy 520, take the Kirkland/Lake Washington Blvd exit.
- Drive north on Lake Washington Blvd under Hwy 520 to NE Points Drive.
- Turn left on Points Drive then right into the first driveway.
- The auction site is straight ahead, in the Plaza at Yarrow Bay office park.
- From westbound Hwy 520, take the 108th NE exit.
- Turn right off the exit and drive to Northup Way.
- Turn left on Northup Way and drive west to Lake Washington Blvd.
- Cross Lake Washington Blvd to NE Points Drive.
- Turn right into the first driveway.
- The auction site is straight ahead, in the Plaza at Yarrow Bay office park.
