- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, April 20, and Monday, April 23 through Wednesday, April 25.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Fife/Milton exit(#137).
- Drive south on 54th Avenue East approximately 1.2 miles to N. Levee Road.
- Turn left and drive east on Levee Road approximately 1 mile to 66th Avenue East.
- Turn right and cross over the bridge to River Road East.
- Turn left and drive east on River Road approximately 8/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
