- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
- Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, August 20.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-405, take the Hwy 522/Woodinville exit.
- Drive east on Hwy 522 approximately 8/10 mile to the Woodinville/Redmond/Hwy 202 exit.
- Turn right and drive south to NE 175th.
- Turn right and drive west on 175th/Hwy 202 approximately 2/10 mile to Woodinville-Redmond Road.
- Turn left and drive south on Woodinville-Redmond Road approximately 1.6 miles to NE 145th.
- Turn left and drive east on 145th approximately 5/10 mile to 148th Avenue NE.
- Turn right on 148th. The auction site is located on the right.
