- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only. Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday Through Friday, July 14-16.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- The auction starts at 1340 Birch.
- From north or southbound I-5, take the Cottage Grove/Dorena exit(#174).
- Drive west approximately 8/10 mile to Woodson Place.
- Turn right over bridge and drive to River Road.
- Turn left and drive approximately 4/10 mile to Birch Road.
- Turn right and drive approximately 4/10 mile on Birch Road to N Street.

- The auction concludes at 700 Gibbs Ave.
- From the hospital drive west on Birch to North O St.
- Turn left and drive south on O St approximately 1/10 mile to W Main St.
- Turn left and drive east on Main St approximately 6/10 mile to to N 7th St.
- Turn left and drive north on 7th approximately 1/10 mile to Gibbs.
- Turn right and drive to the auction site.
