- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, January 15 & 16.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound Valley Freeway(Hwy 167) take the S 180th St/SW 41st exit to East Valley Hwy.
- Turn left and drive south 1 block to S 180th. Turn right and drive west on S 180th approximately 1.1 miles to 68th Avenue South.
- Turn left on 68th and drive south approximately 3/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
