- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, August 20 and Monday, August 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From southbound I-5, take the Lynnwood/196th St SW exit(#181) westbound.
- Drive west on 196th to 44th Avenue West.
- Turn left and drive south on 44th to 200th St SW.
- Turn right and drive west on 200th to the auction site, located on the left.
