- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8:30am to 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, October 25 & 26.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the I-705/City Center Exit(#133).
- Drive north on I-705 via the Schuster Parkway approximately 3.2 miles to Ruston Way.
- Continue north on Ruston Way approximately 1.2 miles to the auction site, located on the left, across the street from the restaurant.
