: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday & Friday, April 24 & 25.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

- Turn left and drive south on Fairview 5 blocks to Denny Way.

- From southbound I-5, take the Stewart Street exit (#166).
- Continue on Stewart 1 block to Denny Way and turn right.

- Turn right on Terry Ave N and drive north 1-1/2 blocks to the auction site on the left.
