- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, Monday, & Tuesday, April 25, 28, & 29.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Hwy 526/Mukilteo exit(189).
- Drive west on Hwy 526 approximately 2.6 miles to Seaway Blvd.
- Drive north on Seaway Blvd approximately 4/10 mile to 75th St SW.
- Turn right on 75th St SW and drive approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left, at the end of the long driveway, in the Comcast building.
