: Full payment must be made by the close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, April 29 & 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From northbound I-5, take the 128th St SW exit(#186).
- Drive east on 128th which turns into 132nd St SE approximately 1.4 miles to 19th Ave SE/Hwy 527.
- Turn left and drive north on 19th Ave SE approximately 1.6 miles to the auction site, located on the left, in the QFC shopping center.
- From southbound I-5, take the Everett Mall/Broadway/Hwy 527 exit(#189).
- Follow the Bothell/Hwy 527 signs to southbound Hwy 527 and drive south approximately 2 miles to the auction site, located on the right, in the QFC shopping center.
