- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- Auction conducted by order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington. All sales are final. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is" with all faults and without any warranties as to merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. All descriptions of property are believed correct but the auctioneer, seller, and any of their agents make absolutely no warranties, express or implied, of any type.
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Wednesday, July 21.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, July 21, 22, & 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
