- TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no
later than close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check,
Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or Company checks accepted
ONLY with bank letter of guarantee. Absentee bids accepted with
25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All
purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am
& 4:30 pm Monday & Tuesday, January 4 & 5.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take
precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or
attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Corson/Michigan Street
exit(#162). Drive south on Corson approximately 6/10 mile to East
Marginal Way South. Turn left and drive south on East Marginal
Way approximately 5/10 mile to 16th Avenue South. Turn right on
16th and drive approximately 6/10 mile over the bridge to S. Cloverdale.
Turn right and drive west on Cloverdale approximately 3/10 mile
to 8th Avenue South. Turn right and drive north on 8th approximately
3/10 mile to S. Monroe. Turn left and drive west on Monroe to
the auction site, located on the right.
