individually then on an aggregate basis at each store. Equipment varies
from location to location but generally consists of ovens, fryers, mixers,
food warmers & holding cabinets, refer prep counters, reach in refers &
freezers, walk in refer units, tables, chairs, benches, cash
registers/computers, signs & more.
Be sure to preview each location you are
interested in to determine exactly what type of equipment is to be sold at
each location. Auction items to be sold via slides.

- 10% Buyers Premium
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm Friday, February
26 for all 4 stores.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day for the
Portland, Vancouver & Oregon City Stores.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
- Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. Removal schedule
for each location announced on auction day.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on
a separate and/or aggregate basis.
