- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday & Monday, June 23 & 26.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the West Seattle bridge exit(#163, 163A).
- Drive west on the West Seattle bridge approximately 1.8 miles to the Delridge Way exit.
- Continue off the exit to the first traffic light(SW Andover).
- Turn right onto Andover.
- The auction site is on the right, in the Seattle Commerce Center, space E-120.
