- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, March 21-23 for small equipment & machinery. large equipment removal schedule announced on auction day.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From North or Southbound I-5 take the Burlington/Anacortes Hwy 20(exit #230).
- Drive west on Hwy 20 approx. 3.7 miles to Skagit Co. Regional Airport/Higgins Airport Way and turn right.
- Drive north on Higgins Airport Way approximately 1.7 miles to Peterson Road.
- Drive on Peterson and turn left on Westar Lane.
- The auction site is the second building on the left.
