- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, September 1, 2 & 3.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

- From northbound I-5, take the 116th St NE exit (#202). Turn right on 116th St NE and drive east to Smokey Point Blvd (State Ave NE) and turn left.
- Drive north on Smokey point Blvd approximately 2 miles to the auction site on the left.
- From southbound I-5 take the WA Hwy-531 (172nd St NE) exit (#206).
- Turn left on WA Hwy-531 and drive east to Smokey Point Blvd.
- Turn right on Smokey Point Blvd and drive south approximately 2 miles to the auction site located on the right.
