: Full payment must be made by close of business auction day. Cash, cashier's check, Visa & Mastercard, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted only with bank letter of guarantee. Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the auction or between 8am & 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, June 5 & 6.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of the sale take precedence over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or south bound I-5, take the NE 50th St. exit (#169).
- Drive west on 50th approx. .9 mile to Greenlake Way & merge to the left approx .3 mile to Hwy 99.
- Drive south on Hwy 99 to N 39th St & turn right.
- Follow N 39th St to Fremont Ave. N & turn left.
- Drive down the hill approx. .6 mile to N 34th st & turn right.
- Drive one block on N 34th St a turn left & then right again to the auction site located on the left hand side.
