- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, May 7, 8, 9.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety and insurance reasons, children under 12 will not be
permitted

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- The auction site is located just south of Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle.
- From north or southbound I-5, take the James Street exit(#165, 165A).
- Drive west on James to Yesler.
- Turn right onto Yesler, then left onto 1st Avenue South.
- Drive south approximately 5 blocks to the auction site, located on the left.
