- PAYMENT
: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Monday, January 31.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

- Turn left onto 44th Ave W and drive approximately 6/10 mile to 196th St SW (WA Hwy 524) and turn left.
- Continue west on 196th St SW approximately 2.8 miles to 76th Ave W and turn right.
- Continue on 76th Ave W to the intersection of 76th Ave W and Olympic View Drive to the auction site located on the right.
- From southbound I-5, take the 196th St SW (WA hwy 524) exit (#181).
- Drive west on 196th St SW approximately 2.8 miles to 76th Ave W and turn right.
- Continue on 76th Ave W to the intersection of 76th Ave W and Olympic View Drive to the auction site located on the right.
- The auction site is located in Perrinville in between Edmonds & Lynnwood.
