- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made
by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire
transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY
with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed
during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer.
All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or
between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday, May 1.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale
take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories,
parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under
12 not admitted.

exit in Kirkland.
- Drive east on NE 85th approximately 1.8 miles to 148th

- Turn left on 148th Ave NE and drive approximately .5
mile to Willows Rd.
- Turn left on Willows Rd and drive north one block to
NE 91st St. Turn left on NE 91st St to the auction site
located on the right hand side.
