- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday & Friday, April 4 & 5 for Thurman Avenue, Friday, Monday, & Tuesday, April 5, 8, & 9 for Ramsey Blvd.

- Drive northwest on Hwy 30 to the Vaughn Street exit.
- From the left lane make a U-turn(legal) and drive east to NW Thurman.
- Cross under Hwy 30 and drive 4 blocks on Thurman to the auction site, located on the right.
