There is an approximately 1,776 square foot concrete block building with concrete slab foundation located on the subject property. One end of the building has a service bay and shop, the other end of the building has a kitchen, dining room, reception area, storage rooms, office & restroom. In front of the building are four fuel pumps with an additional adjacent pump used for diesel and an approximately 18'x18' canopy covering the four main pumps.. There are four buried fuel tanks. Three are for gasoline and one is for diesel. The property is located on the North Umpqua Highway near Glide Loop Road.   • Bidders must have a cashier's check made out to Northwest Trustee Services, in certified funds, for their entire bid price, in order to participate in the trustee's sale.
  • Neither the James G. Murphy Co. or the secured creditor guarantees the outcome of the trustee's sale. All bidders will be subject to the terms of the trustee's sale. The bidding at the time of the trustee's sale will be open to the general public and the secured creditor.
