One end of the building has a service bay and shop, the other end of the building has a kitchen, dining room, reception area, storage rooms, office & restroom. In front of the building are four fuel pumps with an additional adjacent pump used for diesel and an approximately 18'x18' canopy covering the four main pumps.. There are four buried fuel tanks. Three are for gasoline and one is for diesel. The property is located on the North Umpqua Highway near Glide Loop Road. The property is connected to the Glide Sanitary District for public sewer and water is provide by the Glide Water District. Electricity, phone and cable are also available to the property. In order to bid on the property, bidders must attend the trustee's sale on Friday, June 14, 2002, at 10am, at the Douglas County Courthouse, 1036 SE Douglas, in Roseburg, OR.
Bidders must have a cashier's check made out to Northwest Trustee Services, in certified funds, for their entire bid price, in order to participate in the trustee's sale.
Neither the James G. Murphy Co. or the secured creditor guarantees the outcome of the trustee's sale. All bidders will be subject to the terms of the trustee's sale.
