: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday & Thursday, September 28 & 29. Removal of larger items to be announced on auction day.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From southbound WA-Hwy167, take the WA Hwy-512 W ramp.
- Continue on WA Hwy-512 approximately 8/10 mile to the Pioneer Ave exit.
- From the off ramp, turn left on Pioneer Ave and drive 3/10 mile to 3rd St SE and turn right.
- Continue on 3rd St which turns into 2nd St NE approximately 2/10 mile to Stewart Ave and turn left.
- Continue on Stewart Ave approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site on the right.
- From north or southbound I-5, take the WA Hwy-167 N (28th St) exit (#135).
- Follow WA Hwy 167 N signs to River Rd. Continue on River Rd approximately 6 miles to 4th St NW and turn right.
- Continue on 4th St NW to 3rd Ave NW (Stewart Ave) and turn left to the auction site located on the left.
