- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, March 29 & 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound I-5, take the Mercer St exit (#167). Turn right on Fairview and drive 1 block to Valley St.
- Turn left on Valley St and drive west approximately 3 blocks to Broad St.
- Drive southwest on Broad Street to Denny Way.
- Turn right and drive west on Denny which turns into Western Avenue.
- Drive northwest on Western approximately 2/10 mile where Western turns into Elliott Avenue West.
- Continue northwest on Elliott Ave approximately 8/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
- From southbound I-5, take the Stewart St exit (#166).
- Drive west on Stewart 2 blocks to Denny Way. Turn right on Denny and drive west approxmately 1.2 miles to Western Avenue.
- Turn right on Western and drive northwest approximately 2/10 mile where Western turns into Elliott Avenue West.
- Continue northwest on Elliott Ave approximately 8/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
