- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. Removal will be one hour after the auction or 8:30am to 4pm, Thursday, August 27 & Friday, August 28.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-405 take the HWY 522 exit (#23) east and drive approximately 3.5 miles to Paradise Lake RD/WA-524.
- Turns left onto Paradise Lake RD and then take an immediate right onto Yew WY WA/524.
- Go approximately two blocks and turn left over the railroad tracks onto Maltby RD WA/524.
- Drive west approximately one quarter mile and turn left onto 87th Ave SE.
- After one half mile 87th Ave SE will become 219th ST SE.
- Follow 219th ST SE for another one half mile. Auction will be at the end of the road.
