All assets of Oakville Forest Products, located at 208 Park St, Oakville WA, including machinery & equipment, real property, & intellectual property, sale pending approval of Grays Harbor Superior Court.

Submission of bids: Potential buyers must submit bids in writing to Diana K. Carey, Karr Tuttle Campbell, 1201 Third Avenue, Suite 2900, Seattle, WA 98102. Bids may be submitted via mail, e-mail (dcarey@karrtuttle.com), or facsimile (206 682-7100, attn: Diana Carey), but MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN close of business, Tuesday, January 30, 2007.
The Receiver will review all timely, qualified bids and, assuming there are one or more acceptable bids, the Receiver will determine which are the qualified bids. The Receiver will then notify the top four (4) Qualified Bidders by 3:00 PM PST, Wednesday, January 31, 2007, of his decision as to their participation in the auction.
The receiver will then conduct a telephonic auction among the top four (4) Qualified Bidders at 11:00am, PST, Thursday, February 1, 2007. Each Qualified Bidder will be given a bidder number, a call-in phone number, and auction procedures.
