- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, November 18 & 19.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From northbound I-5, take the Columbian Way/S Spokane St exit (#163) to ground level Spokane St.
- Drive west on Spokane St approximately 6/10 mile to 1st Avenue S.
- Turn right and drive north on 1st Ave approximately 1 block to the auction site, located on the right.
- From southbound I-5, take the 6th Ave S/S Forest St exit (#163B).
- Drive west on S Forest to 6th Ave S.
- Turn left on 6th and drive south approximately 4/10 mile to S Spokane St.
- Turn right and drive west on Spokane St approximately 4/10 mile to 1st Avenue S.
- Turn right and drive north on 1st Ave approximately 1 block to the auction site, located on the right.
